I live in Bel Air and tried to deal with my local dealership. I was told that the AMP (adjusted manufacturers price) added to the ticket was because the Kia Soul I was looking at was in such high demand. The vehicles do not last long on the lot, but to add this cost is very unprofessional. I was told that if I didn't buy it someone else would, I imagine someone else did. I left and never looked back. The following day I was online at Bob Bell Kia with Nicole Riffey who was very helpful and answered all my questions, even the (AMP) pricing which she had never heard of. We discussed inventory, and while they even had limited inventory we were able to find several choices. I went to the dealership where I was greeted by Jim Wayne a very nice and knowledgeable salesperson who was more than willing to show me several models. Upon agreeing to 2 different vehicles I was introduced to John Nyberg the sales manager. John immediately noticed a common bond that we have and made my deal very easy. Kim in finance answered all my questions and we agreed on several additional warranty products for my new Kia Soul.
In short I felt very comfortable with the entire process, and we all know that car purchasing can be brutal. I would highly recommend the Bob Bell Kia team to anyone looking for a vehicle.
